What we collect

Information you give us

• Plan and job details: your name, email, phone, service address, and the room labels, sizes, colors, and options on your build plan.
• Payment information: processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Support and warranty correspondence: including photos you send with a claim.
• Marketing sign-ups: your email address, if you subscribe.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time on page.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from [Meta, Google, and any others you run].

What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for or want government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

Why we use it

• To schedule your visit, quote the job, and manufacture and install what you accepted.
• To provide support and handle warranty claims and call-backs.
• To send messages about your appointment, quote, and job.
• To send marketing email, if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve site performance and advertising.
• To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

• Service providers who work on our behalf under contract: hosting and form handling ([Netlify]), email delivery, scheduling, payment processing for invoices we issue, and customer support tooling.
• Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels on this site. Under California law this can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out; see below.
• Legal recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, and to a successor in a merger or sale of the business.

How long we keep it

Order and warranty records are retained for [7] years so we can honor lifetime warranty claims and meet tax requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for [26] months.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.
• Delete personal information we hold, with exceptions for completing your job and meeting legal obligations.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Your pricing and service do not change.

To opt out of advertising cookies, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, and we honor it.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and can be declined through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Declining them does not affect your ability to send us a plan or book a measure.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No payment is ever taken through this website; invoices we issue after a job is accepted are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do limit internal access to customer data to the people who need it to measure, build and install your job.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers.
