Terms of Service & Use

1. Agreement

By using this site or having us do work for you, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. We work in [Fresno, Clovis and the surrounding Central Valley] only.

2. This site does not sell anything

The planner on this site records what you would like (product, color, mount, lift, rough sizes and room names) and sends it to us. It takes no payment, forms no contract, and reserves no material. Any sizes you enter are for planning only.

3. Measuring, quotes and acceptance

We measure every opening ourselves, free of charge, before anything is built. We then give you a written quote covering product, labor and installation. A contract forms only when you accept that quote in writing [or in person]. We may decline any job, including for openings outside our manufacturing limits.

Because a covering cut to your openings has no resale value, an accepted job cannot be cancelled or refunded once the material is cut. See Changes and cancellations for the cancellation window.

4. Prices

Any starting prices shown on this site ("from $X per window") are indicative of the lowest-cost standard product and do not include your specific sizes, options, or installation. Only the written quote we give you after measuring is binding, and it is valid for [30] days.

Sales tax is added to the quoted amount as required by California law.

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote, typically [a deposit at acceptance and the balance on completion]. We accept [CARDS AND METHODS]. We never ask for payment through this website.

6. Scheduling and installation

• Lead time is typically 6–9 business days for standard lifts and 10–14 for motorized products, measured from the day you accept the quote.
• Dates are estimates. Weather, access and material shortages happen and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Access. Someone 18 or older must be home for the measure and the installation, and the windows need to be reachable, so please move breakables and large furniture beforehand.
• Existing coverings. Removal and disposal of what is already up is [included / quoted separately]. Walls and trim behind old hardware may need patching, which is not included.
• Missed appointments. Please give us [24] hours' notice to reschedule.

7. Installation and safety

We install everything we build, using our own hardware and crew. If you ask us to hang a covering on a wall or frame that cannot carry the load, or to work around a hazard we have flagged in writing, we may decline.

Cord safety. Corded window coverings are a strangulation hazard to infants and young children. Keep all cords out of reach, use the supplied cord-safety devices, and keep cribs, beds, and furniture away from windows. Cordless is our default lift for this reason.

8. Warranty and disclaimers

Except as expressly stated there, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time or replacement labor. Nothing here limits our responsibility for our own installation work. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Site content and reviews

Site text, photography, and design are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Product images are representative; screen rendering of colors varies, which is why we bring physical samples to the measure appointment. If you post a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce it in our marketing, and you confirm it reflects your genuine experience.

11. Governing law and disputes
